The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) has officially assumed responsibility for collecting mineral royalties from mining operators nationwide, following the enactment of the Nigeria Tax Laws 2025.

    • Solid Minerals Minister: Dele Alake
    • NRS Chairman: Zacch Adedeji
  • Announcement was made via a statement by Dare Adekanmbi, adviser to the NRS chairman
